Fun Boutique Finds

I love shopping for unique, handcrafted home accessories at craft boutiques. Yesterday I found some fun pieces at the Early Bird Boutique at the Old Meeting House on March 28th and 29th. If you didn't make it, don't worry--here is information about some of my favorite local crafters from the boutique.

POLKA DOT PEARS

Bethany Sorensen, owner of Polka Dot Pears, creates stylish pillow covers that are reminiscent of Pottery Barn. In addition to selling at craft boutiques. she sells her pillow covers on Etsy at http://www.etsy.com/shop/polkadotpears (for free shipping, use coupon code SWISSHIP). I'm a big fan of pillow covers, because they can be easily and inexpensively changed whenever you want to create a new look.

COLOR BOX

My last featured crafter is perfect for you if you like decorating with colorful, cottage-style accessories. Landon Olsen, owner of Color Box Home Decor, constructs wood vases, cakes stands, boxes, and more. I loved his little wood planter--so simple but clever! For more information, you can contact him on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ColorBoxHomeDecor.
