Lime Green Bedroom: Sometimes Weaknesses Can Become Strengths--Even in Staging

Recently we had the opportunity to stage this property in Payson. Although it was a cute home, we were concerned about the personalized lime green walls in the master bedroom and bath. Were we going to be able to make these bright green walls appeal to potential buyers and work well with our finished design?

We added some green accents to tie in the color with the other rooms, and by the time we were done, it was one of our favorite bedrooms we've done--the green looked fantastic! Buyers responded positively, and this home sold in one week, I believe after the second showing.
