It's Hard to Believe These Before and After Photos Were Taken Only a Few Hours Apart!

These sellers were under a tight time-crunch. I was asked to do a staging consultation on this Draper condo on the SAME DAY the photographer was scheduled to arrive. The sellers had their work cut out for them, and I didn't believe this monumental task was possible without a huge crew of people to assist.

Well, the fantastic homeowners and agent proved me wrong. Based on my suggestions, they cleaned, decluttered, rearranged furniture and accessories, and purchased a few new items. They were able to stage this home using my suggestions in just a few hours. It's hard to believe these before and after photos were only take a few hours apart!

Guess what? This was only a handful of days ago...and they're already under contract with a full-priced offer.
