Long Distance Staging

Tawny Campbell, a friend from when I lived in Georgia, contacted me when her family received orders to quickly PCS (relocate with the military) from Tennessee to Texas. Tawny was concerned because she needed to find a renter for her home immediately, which can be tricky in military communities because of market competition.

Since she was in Tennessee and I was in Utah, I was able to give Tawny staging recommendations via email based on her photographs and floor plans. Her staging was a success--she was able to rent her home after the first showing and never even had to put a sign in her yard. Great job, Tawny!
