Staging a Millcreek Rental Property
Staging is not only helpful for SELLING properties, but it can also be beneficial for RENTING properties quickly at higher rental rates.
This was a single family home in Millcreek that had been recently updated. The owners wanted to rent this property quickly, so the opted to have it staged. To keep costs down, we didn't stage using furniture--just accessories. After our staging was completed, this home was rented in just a few days. The new tenants loved our staging so much that they asked where some of the items were purchased so they could recreate the look!
